Welcome to Powervision Software Inc.

 

 

Powervision Software offers a number of support programs, giving the choice of the best program for each client particular needs and environment. 

 

The Standard Support Program (SSP) must be purchased on a prepaid annual basis, and entitles you to receive all upgrades and maintenance releases related to your application(s). It also provides technical support, allowing unlimited number of calls from two (2) registered contacts. Telephone support is available from 8:00 am to 5:00pm MST, Monday to Friday. Calls are returned within 4 hours. 

 

For those who need extended hours support, the additional Extended Support Program(ESP) offers telephone support from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm midnight MST, seven days a week. Calls are returned within 1 hour, and are charged a per incident fee. 

 

Our additional Comprehensive Support Program (CSP) may be purchased annually and includes 40 hours of service time at a reduced rate. These hours can be used for post-implementation consulting, training, or custom development. This program is designed specifically for those customers who require assistance and guidance in the effective implementation and utilization of our products. Travel and expenses are extra. 

 

All Powervision Software licenses include the first month of Standard Support Program(SSP).
